Providing specialized cardiac care in conjunction with a patient’s primary care physician that enables improved quality of life for patients served. Specialized cardiac care includes diagnosis and tailored treatments (including ablation) for atrial fibrillation and other heart arrhythmias, implantation of pacemakers and other cardiovascular devices, as well as cardiac resynchronization therapy for symptomatic heart failure.
