Meet your Doctor

What led you to become a doctor or choose your focus of medicine?
I’ve wanted to be a doctor since I was a kid. Being an internal medicine physician that focuses on primary care is great because I get to care for the whole patient.

What about your line of work do you find most rewarding and why?
I love when I can help a patient make a positive change in his/her life.

In your opinion, what’s the most important factor in a doctor-patient relationship?
Trust and communication.

What can a patient expect when they have you as a doctor?
I think patients can expect me to be honest and caring.

Describe one of the top ways you ensure each patient receives the quality, personal health care he/she deserves.
It is important for me to devote the necessary time to each patient, even if that means spending several visits to fully understand and develop an appropriate care plan.
